The main research content of the power supply for the fully automatic ultrasonic cleaning machine generator includes: in the inverter module, a full bridge inverter circuit with IGBT as the switching device was designed, and the corresponding driving circuit was designed. In the matching circuit module, based on the analysis of traditional matching circuits, this article adopts an improved matching circuit, successfully meeting the two requirements of ultrasonic power supply for inductive matching and impedance transformation of the matching circuit. In terms of power regulation, by analyzing and comparing several representative power regulation methods, PS-PWM power regulation was ultimately selected as the power regulation scheme for this design. It has the advantages of continuous and stepless power regulation without the need for an external power regulation circuit, and is combined with a soft switching circuit to effectively reduce switching losses.
