The control algorithm of the low-power ultrasonic PCB driver circuit board was finally verified through MATLAB software and experimental testing, indicating that the algorithm proposed in this paper is feasible and can achieve automatic frequency tracking of the xi power ultrasonic power supply. Accurate frequency tracking is achieved through hardware using DDS. The experimental results show that the developed ultrasonic power supply has the advantages of fast and accurate frequency tracking speed, and can achieve stable and efficient operation of the system
