Ultrasonic plastic welding is a widely used welding technology in industrial production, which uses the vibration energy of ultrasonic waves to connect two pieces of plastic together. The working principle of ultrasonic plastic welding transducers is to use the piezoelectric effect and inverse piezoelectric effect to convert electrical signals into mechanical vibrations. When high-frequency electrical signals act on piezoelectric ceramics, the ceramics undergo corresponding deformation, thereby converting the electrical signals into mechanical vibrations. This mechanical vibration is transmitted to the plastic material that needs to be welded through a matching device and vibration head, causing severe friction and vibration of the plastic material, achieving plastic connection.
