The digital high-power ultrasonic power generator uses DDS digital synthesis frequency technology to achieve frequency output, and AD9833 chip and UCC3895 chip are used to achieve PWM signals with an output accuracy of up to 0.1Hz, improving the control accuracy of the ultrasonic power supply. Combined with the HZ6686 frequency tracking chip independently developed by the laboratory team, fast frequency tracking is achieved. Compared with the frequency tracking scheme achieved by traditional software algorithms, the frequency tracking integrated chip is used to assist the MCU in completing frequency tracking, MCU can perform frequency tracking judgment in each acquisition cycle, which greatly improves the performance.
