The working principle of ultrasonic cleaning transducers is based on the piezoelectric effect. When a voltage is applied to a piezoelectric ceramic, it expands and generates mechanical vibration. This mechanical vibration is transmitted to the cleaning solution through the cleaning tank, thereby generating ultrasonic waves in the cleaning solution. The frequency of ultrasonic waves depends on the size and material of piezoelectric ceramics, typically between 20kHz and 1MHz.
