The main circuit of the new high-power ultrasonic generator power supply uses IGBT, which combines the advantages of MOSFET and JGTR, as the switch transistor, forming a half bridge inverter circuit. By analyzing the impedance characteristics of ultrasonic transducers, comparing the advantages and disadvantages of transducers operating at series resonant frequency and parallel resonant frequency, introducing the characteristics of several matching methods, and designing matching circuits. The control circuit adopts phase-locked control, swept frequency control, and fuzzy adaptive control to achieve automatic frequency tracking of ultrasonic loads.
