25khz Power Adjustable Industrial Ultrasonic Generator For Ultrasonic Washer Machine

Frequency automatic tracking function ultrasonic cleaning power generator Due to the characteristics of ultrasonic transducers, the matching circuit in the ultrasonic cleaning machine includes two parts: one is power matching, and the other is tuning matching. The former is to make the output internal resistance of the ultrasonic power supply consistent with the load impedance, using transformer matching method. The latter is to make the transducer present pure resistance, using series inductance method. This article presents the overall design scheme of the system Hardware and software design, unit circuit and main unit circuit experiments.
