The ultrasonic driving power supply designed for intelligent high-power ultrasonic generator power supply can generate four types of excitation signals: sine wave, triangular wave, square wave, and sawtooth wave. By adjusting the DDS frequency control word, the frequency can be effectively adjusted in the range of 20 kHz to 1 MHz. The programmable gain amplifier AD8250 combined with segmented amplification algorithm is used to achieve the method and adjustability of power supply power. Through simulation experiments, the designed ultrasonic driving power supply can achieve functions such as waveform selection, frequency adjustment, and power adjustment, effectively driving ultrasonic transducers applied in the field of ultrasonic precision measurement.
