Ultrasonic Transducer of ultrasonic plastic welding transducer Ultrasonic transducer is the core component of the welding machine, which is mainly composed of vibrator and amplitude modulator. Its function is to drive the resonance of the whole transducer through the simple harmonic vibration of the vibrator under the excitation of electrical signal, so as to convert electrical energy into mechanical energy. The transducer vibrator adopts sandwich structure, which is composed of front and rear drive blocks, piezoelectric wafers and electrode plates clamped by pre-stressed bolts. The front drive block and the amplitude modulator are assembled by connecting screws.
