Self excited ultrasonic driving plate is generally applied to small equipment with few Ultrasonic Transducers; However, in the case of a large number of ultrasonic transducers, the resonance effect cannot be achieved through debugging. Therefore, at present, the ultrasonic power supply of industrial ultrasonic cleaning equipment mostly adopts the other excitation mode. The circuit will self oscillate, and feed back the oscillation signal to the high-power switch tube. After being amplified by the switch tube, it will be sent to the resonant circuit. The whole circuit is a closed loop loop. The generator generates enough power to keep the ultrasonic transducer resonant automatically. The self-excited ultrasonic generator has simple circuit, large volume and unstable output, which is suitable for the cleaning application of small power generators. It can also be combined in parallel with the unit circuit to drive high-power transducers.
