The ultrasonic plastic welding transducer is the core component of the welding machine, which is mainly composed of a vibrator and an amplitude modulator. Its function is to transform electrical energy into mechanical energy through the simple harmonic vibration of the vibrator itself and driving the resonance of the entire transducer under the excitation of electrical signals. The transducer vibrator adopts sandwich structure, which is composed of front and rear drive blocks, piezoelectric wafers and electrode plates clamped by pre-stressed bolts. The front drive block and the amplitude modulator are assembled by connecting screws.
