Ultrasonic transducers are one of the main accessories that provide ultrasonic vibration waves for cleaning machines and ultrasonic vibrating screens. Due to the characteristics of the materials screened by ultrasonic vibrating screens, residual materials often exist at the connection between the ultrasonic transducer and the screen frame after a period of use. If not cleaned in a timely manner, it will affect the operation and screening accuracy of the transducer.
The principle of achieving self-cleaning function of ultrasonic transducers is to add a pneumatic device, whose main purpose is to start the pneumatic device simultaneously during the operation of the ultrasonic vibrating screen. The pneumatic device and transducer are aligned on a horizontal plane around the transducer for pneumatic cleaning (with moderate air volume, no water in the gas, and a compact pneumatic probe).
