In response to the defect of large output voltage harmonics in traditional control of ultrasonic power supply, a DSP based ultrasonic power supply control method for digital intelligent ultrasonic welding generator power supply is proposed. This method applies PS-PWM control technology to the ultrasonic power supply, uses DSP chips to build system hardware circuits, and ultimately forms an ultrasonic power supply control system. Through Matlab software simulation, it is shown that this system can make the output voltage waveform closer to a sine wave, This further demonstrates that this control method can be applied to ultrasonic power supplies
