The output frequency of the digital ultrasonic generator shall be within ± 1.5khz of the frequency range of the ultrasonic vibrator, and it is easy to cause faults (vibrator damage or generator fault) by adjusting the bias frequency. Normally, all ultrasonic generators have been debugged and matched according to the required power when leaving the factory. If you want to debug by yourself according to the actual use, it is also relatively simple. The required power can be debugged by the inductance gasket and frequency.

The middle of the driving circuit of the digital ultrasonic circuit board is the cooling fan, and the right side is the cooling window. When using, it should be placed 15cm away from the tail and the right side without obstacles. The environment should not be wet, the temperature should be appropriate, and the ventilation and heat dissipation should be good.
