Ultrasonic cleaning of power circuit boards mainly utilizes the vibration of ultrasonic waves and the chemical action of cleaning solution to remove stains and residues on the surface of PCB boards. The ultrasonic cleaning machine consists of an ultrasonic generator, cleaning tank, PCB board, and cleaning solution. When the ultrasonic generator generates high-frequency vibration, the cleaning solution in the cleaning tank is subjected to ultrasonic vibration and generates a large number of small bubbles, which explode on the surface of the PCB board, thereby peeling off stains and residues from the PCB board. Meanwhile, the chemical components in the cleaning solution can further clean the surface of the PCB board, removing residues and pollutants.
