The overload protection circuit is designed to protect the ultrasonic power supply from the impact of overload and extend its service life. The control panel is used to set the working frequency and other parameters of the ultrasonic power supply for flexible control. In the specific implementation, we adopted a digital control method to achieve the design of a multi frequency ultrasonic power supply. We use FPGA as the main controller and use digital signal processing technology to control oscillation circuits, frequency regulation circuits, power amplification circuits, impedance matching circuits, and overload protection circuits.
