Secondly, a control scheme for frequency tracking of the generator power supply of the fully automatic ultrasonic cleaning machine was designed, which adopts the control concept of phase-locked loop frequency tracking and combines it with PID control method. Corresponding control software was designed for this purpose, using C language to write the main program, A/D conversion program, PID control program, etc. Finally, using the PIC16F866 microcontroller chip as the control core, an ultrasonic power supply control system was designed, mainly including sampling circuit, driving circuit, microcontroller peripheral circuit, etc. Its working principle was analyzed. And use Proteus software to simulate the control system. The simulation results show that the designed ultrasonic power control system can achieve automatic frequency tracking, match with the ultrasonic transducer, and work in a resonant state, meeting the design requirements
