The ultrasonic vibrating screen has an additional set of ultrasonic device than the general vibrating screen. The ultrasonic device mainly includes the ultrasonic power supply and Ultrasonic Transducer. The function of the ultrasonic power supply is to convert the electrical energy into high-frequency AC electrical signals matched with the ultrasonic transducer. If the ultrasonic power supply does not match, some problems will occur. Jinhe Machinery will introduce five matters needing attention in the use process.

1. The transducer must be tightened under working condition, and no dust can enter the ultrasonic transducer. If dust accidentally enters the transducer, the transducer will be burnt.
2. Do not turn on the power supply of the ultrasonic shale shaker when the grid frame is not stretched or loaded. Otherwise, it is easy to cause power overcurrent and damage to the grid and transducer.
3. The ultrasonic vibrating screen cannot be operated for a long time under the condition of greater than the rated current. If it is operated for a long time under the condition of greater than the rated current, the transducer will be burnt out.
4. The voltage must be stable. If the ultrasonic generator is unstable due to high and low voltage, the transducer will be burnt out.
5. The transducer on the ultrasonic power supply must be matched with it. If the ultrasonic generator that can not be effectively matched without testing is used, the transducer will be burned out.
