Use process of hand-held ultrasonic spot welding machine:

1. Connect one end of the cable to the output control cable connector on the vibration cylinder, and the other end to the output control cable socket on the back of the electrical box, and tighten it.
2. Wipe the connection surface of the welding head, connect it to the transducer of the vibration cylinder, and lock it with a wrench. Note: During connection, ensure that the two connection surfaces between the welding head and the transducer are consistent and locked. Do not damage the machine due to the long connecting screws or the failure to lock the sliding teeth, otherwise the sound wave transmission is not smooth.
3. When loading and unloading the welding head, two wrenches must be used to clamp the welding head and the transducer respectively. It is not allowed to lock or load and unload only one part of the welding head to avoid damage to the portable vibration generator.
4. Check that point 1 and point 2 are installed properly, plug the power cord socket into the external power socket, and pull the power switch. At this time, the power indicator is on.
5. Press the sound wave control switch gently, and then you can hear the “squeak” sound from the welding head when the sound wave is transmitted to the welding head, which indicates that the machine works normally, and it can be put into use.
6. In case of abnormal operation, do not disassemble the equipment without permission. Please inform the supplier or send the equipment to the manufacturer for inspection and maintenance.
