The working principle of the ultrasonic vibrating screen transducer is to utilize the inverse piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric ceramics. When piezoelectric ceramics are energized, they will generate a certain frequency of mechanical vibration, which is transmitted to the transducer casing through pre pressing covers, insulation gaskets, and fixing screws, causing the casing to also generate vibration of the same frequency. At the same time, this vibration will also be transmitted to the screen through the vibration plate connected to the transducer casing, thereby driving the screen to vibrate at high frequencies.
