Ultrasonic vibration plate is composed of two parts: a vibration plate box and an ultrasonic generator. It has a simple structure and is easy to use and maintain. It is mainly used in processes such as electroplating pre-treatment and anodizing pre-treatment.
The input type ultrasonic vibration plate is made of high-quality stainless steel, SUS 304/316L stainless steel, titanium alloy material, and can be plated with hard chromium according to customer requirements to improve the corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance of the vibration box.
The standard frequencies of the vibration box include: 28KHz, 40KHz, 80KHz, 120KHz, 170KHz, etc. Other frequencies can be customized;
The shock box can be customized with multiple frequencies: 28KHZ, 40KHz, 80KHz, 120KHZ, dual frequency, triple frequency, etc.
Applicable range of each frequency:
The frequency of 28KHZ is suitable for cleaning metal objects with high cleaning force. But it is not suitable for fragile items such as glass.
40KHz is suitable for cleaning items such as glass semiconductors, and has a wider range of applications. The higher the frequency, the finer the cleaning process, and the higher the cost.
