The ultrasonic frequency detector is a new generation impedance testing instrument developed using the internationally advanced automatic balance bridge principle. Its basic accuracy of 0.05%, testing speed of up to 5.6ms, frequency range of 20Hz-2MHz, and impedance testing range of up to 1G Ω can meet the measurement requirements of components and materials, especially beneficial for low loss (D) capacitors and high-quality factor (Q) inductors. The four terminal port configuration method can effectively eliminate the influence of electromagnetic coupling on the test line, expanding the lower limit of low impedance testing capability ten times lower than that of conventional five terminal configuration instruments.
