This series of Ultrasonic cleaning is composed of two parts: ultrasonic generator and ultrasonic vibration box. The vibration box unit can be arbitrarily combined according to various situations. It can be added to the existing common cleaning tank or designed and manufactured by itself. This model has the characteristics of acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, flexible and convenient disassembly and assembly, and is applied in multiple industries such as semiconductor manufacturing, silicon wafer manufacturing, mold cleaning, magnetic materials, electroplating and chemical engineering.
Advantages of vibrating box of Ultrasonic cleaning:
- Super penetrating power
Ultrasound can clean the inner wall of the workpiece through the outer wall (workpiece wall thickness: stainless steel, steel>6mm, plastic>12mm), and can perform ultrasonic cleaning, ultrasonic chemical treatment, ultrasonic chemical corrosion, etc. from the outside through anti-corrosion containers (pp plastic, etc.).
- Ultra long effective cleaning distance
The effective cleaning distance is up to 1M, and there is no significant decrease in cleaning ability. For workpieces that are difficult to clean, we can easily clean them.
