In order to effectively improve the uniformity of the acoustic field in high-power practical cleaning conditions, and enable high-frequency and low-frequency acoustic waves to simultaneously exert their advantages, the author designed and processed a complex frequency (three groups of frequencies) ultrasonic cleaning tank using computer simulation techniques. Through experimental testing, different workpiece were cleaned in real time, and its acoustic field distribution and cleaning effect under high-power practical conditions were studied.

The results show that the cleaning effect of composite frequency ultrasonic cleaning is better than that of single frequency ultrasonic cleaning, and there is basically no standing wave field in the cleaning tank, effectively improving the uniformity of the sound field distribution. Composite frequency ultrasonic cleaning thoroughly eliminates the presence of standing wave fields and is conducive to the full and uniform cleaning of the workpiece. Due to the simultaneous presence of low, medium, and high frequencies, different contaminants in the surface, pores, and slits of the workpiece can be fully cleaned simultaneously, resulting in better cleaning results. It can be seen that using computer simulation method to design ultrasonic composite cleaning tanks with various combination frequencies is a simple and feasible method.
