In other words, ultrasonic dishwasher is easier to produce cavitation when the frequency is low, and there is a longer time interval when the liquid is compressed and thinned under low frequency, so that the bubble can grow to a larger size before disassembly, increasing the cavitation intensity, which is conducive to cleaning.

Therefore, low-frequency ultrasonic cleaning is applicable to large parts or places with high combination of dirt and cleaning parts. However, it is not suitable to clean the parts with high surface finish due to the corrosion of the surface of the cleaning parts, and the cavitation noise is large. At the frequency of about 40KHZ, under the same sound intensity, more cavitation bubbles occur than at the frequency of 20KHZ, and the penetration is strong. It is better to clean workpieces with complex shape or blind holes. The cavitation noise is low, but the cavitation intensity is low, and it is suitable for cleaning places where the binding force between the dirt and the surface of the cleaned part is weak.

High frequency ultrasonic cleaning machine is suitable for fine cleaning of computers and microelectronic components; The megahertz ultrasonic cleaning is applicable to the cleaning of integrated circuit chips, silicon chips and wave films. It can remove micron and submicron level dirt without any damage to the cleaning parts. Therefore, from the perspective of cleaning effect and economy, the frequency is generally selected in the range of 20-130KHZ. Of course, it is very important to select the frequency correctly. However, the selection of specific and appropriate working frequency requires some experiments.
