The control circuit of the system was designed using a high-speed TMS320LF2407A DSP control chip. A full bridge inverter was used as the power conversion main circuit of the ultrasonic vibration system to solve the drift of resonance frequency caused by load temperature changes and ensure the high efficiency of the system. This study investigates a frequency tracking scheme that combines coarse and fine techniques, using a frequency sweep method to achieve coarse frequency tracking and a hardware phase-locked loop to achieve precise tracking. The combination of these two methods not only ensures automatic frequency tracking over a wide range of frequency changes, but also ensures fast and accurate tracking. To adapt to the requirements of load changes, a soft switching PS-PWM control method is adopted to continuously adjust the output power of the system.
