1500W 15KHZ Industrial Ultrasonic Plastic Welding Transducer And Generator For Plastic Welder

The ultrasonic plastic welding transducer is the core component of the welding machine, which is mainly composed of a vibrator and an amplitude modulator. Its function is to drive the resonance of the entire transducer through the simple harmonic vibration of the vibrator itself under the excitation of electrical signals, so as to convert electrical energy into mechanical energy. The transducer vibrator adopts sandwich structure, which is composed of front and rear drive blocks, piezoelectric wafers and electrode plates clamped by pre-stressed bolts. The front drive block and the amplitude modulator are assembled by connecting screws.
