Ultrasonic transducer is a piezoelectric ceramic that resonates at ultrasonic frequency. The piezoelectric effect of materials converts electrical signals into mechanical vibration. The working principle of medical ultrasonic transducer (ultrasonic probe) is basically the same, and its interior usually contains an electrical energy storage element and a mechanical vibration system. When the transducer is used as a transmitter, the electrical oscillation signal sent from the excitation power supply will cause the change of the electric field or magnetic field in the electrical energy storage element of the transducer. This change will generate a driving force for the mechanical vibration system of the transducer through some effect, making it enter the vibration state, thereby driving the medium in contact with the mechanical vibration system of the transducer to vibrate, and radiating sound waves to the medium. The process of receiving acoustic wave is just the opposite. The external acoustic wave acts on the vibration surface of the transducer, which makes the mechanical vibration system of the transducer vibrate. With some physical effect, the electric field or magnetic field in the energy storage element of the transducer changes accordingly, which causes the electrical output end of the transducer to generate a voltage and current corresponding to the acoustic signal.

High performance: high mechanical Q value, high conversion efficiency and excellent quality;
The ultrasonic vibrator transducer has large amplitude and superior performance;
Heat resistance of ultrasonic vibrator transducer: piezoelectric ceramic material has good heat resistance, which can expand the use temperature range. At the same time, Q value is high, resonance impedance is small, and heat generation is small;
The ultrasonic vibrator transducer shall be clean in appearance, free of rust, obvious depression and scratch.
