The ultrasonic PCB circuit power board has such functions as ultra stable circuit structure, adjustable digital frequency automatic locking, etc. It uses an independent excitation generator to form a resonant circuit using the transducer’s own capacitance and matching circuit. Each Ultrasonic Cleaning Transducer can work normally without carefully adjusting the matching circuit parameters manually. The phase-locked ultrasonic PCB circuit power board uses a dedicated phase-locked loop chip. The operating frequency band of the power supply is determined by adjusting the peripheral device parameters of the chip. The operating frequency range is generally about 0.5KHz. Due to the use of phase-locked technology, the frequency is relatively stable.
