The function of ultrasonic plastic welding transducer is to convert electrical signals into mechanical vibration signals. Magnetostrictive effect is often used in early ultrasonic applications. Its advantages are large power capacity that can be realized, but its disadvantages are low conversion efficiency, difficult fabrication, and difficult mass industrial production. Since the invention of piezoelectric ceramic transducer, the application of piezoelectric inverse effect has been widely used. Piezoelectric ceramic transducer has the advantages of high conversion efficiency and mass production, but its disadvantage is small power capacity. The existing ultrasonic machine usually uses piezoelectric ceramic transducer. Piezoelectric ceramic transducer is formed by clamping the piezoelectric ceramic between two metal front and rear load blocks and tightly connecting them with screws. The output amplitude of a typical sensor is approximately 10 μ m。
