Contamination before cleaning: material residue/contamination
Tool 1: Separate the mold face down and place it in an ultrasonic cleaner for 40 minutes. Immediately thereafter, use deionized water to manually shake and soak in the rinsing tank. After completion, use an air source and dry paper to manually dry the mold.
Tool 2: Due to the size of the mold, only one measurement can be performed at a time. The mold is separated again and placed in an ultrasonic cleaner for cleaning. Clean each surface for one hour, after which the mold gains luster and removes plastic residue. There are uniform holes around this mold. Use H14 cleaning agent to remove plastic residue from the clogged hole. Immediately thereafter, use deionized water to manually shake and soak in the rinsing tank. After completion, use an air source and dry paper to manually dry the mold.
Tool 3: Separate and place both sides of the mold in an ultrasonic cleaner for one hour. Immediately thereafter, manually swing and rinse with deionized water in the rinse tank, and manually dry the mold using an air source and dry paper. H14 cleaning agent has removed some stains and residues, and the mold takes off its luster.
Tool 4: Put the mold including two locks into an ultrasonic cleaner for cleaning for 30 minutes, then immediately use deionized water to manually swing and rinse in the rinsing tank, and manually dry the mold using air source and dry paper. H14 cleaning agent removes stains from the tool and restores its luster.
